Suggestion for residential options in North Bangalore

Post by blr78 »

So, I have been exploring independent houses (house/site/demolish-able houses )in CBD areas (North Bangalore). Its been a very frustrating experience. Firstly, theres hardly anything decent for sale. (I am relying on both brokers and online portals). Even if we find something ( which are average at best), there will be some issue or the other.
Go to all the popular real estate portals. Type in North Bangalore, select house/plot/villa. Select 2 cr as the minimum price. ( Since you don't anything below 2 cr these days). For a moment, lets not set any max price. ( Just to see all the results). The results will be shocking and depressing. So, I wonder if its worth spending time on this. So, I am contemplating buying a site, slightly outside the city. I am not looking at it as in investment. The locality should be reasonably developed and one should be able to live there in 2 or 3 years.

I would appreciate if the members can give some pointers. Gated communities are fine too. (PS. I am not keen on Hennur)

It is better to buy plots/properties in Kanakapura road Bsk 6th stage as connectivity is good with Nice road, Ring road, Metro and N H .

Hello blr78,
not sure whether you have explored areas close to Devanahalli town. Within 3-4 km radial distance from Devanahalli bus stand I see some houses sporadically. STRR is passing close by, so some house constructions are happening there.
