good information this. Thanks. Is this a government site or something? and I feel some guidance values are wrong. But are the other information correct?

I also feel all this information may not be 100% accurate, but enough to make decision where to invest in future.
I don't think this is government, they have taken the map from government & BDA websites and integrated in google Map.
