Hello people,
I am a new user but used this site for a lot of info for the site that I am currently building.
It's a G+5 30x40 plot. Right now I am in need to finalize elevator soon. Looking for personal recommendations and suggestions. Please help me out !!

For a good elevator selections always look for specifications that are offered by any lift company.
1. Lift company should be proper license holder
2. Drive is most important part in the lift that gives you smooth ride with landing jerks and longer life to the equipment's
3. Safety factors like rope guage, spring capacity, spike protections to be checked
4. Most important check for local service available at any time
5. Incase of single residential lift don't opt for high brands as they don't care for low orders.
