Bathroom renovation

Currently our apartment has been rented and am planning to renovate the bathrooms.

Area; Gottigere Bannergatta road
Common bathroom- Size 6x6 ft
1. Change the toilet from Indian to Western commode
2. Replace the existing tiles with new one


Attach bathroom- Size 4x6 ft

1. Replace the existing tiles with new one

Can anyone suggest approx. total cost for this renovation along with labour & material cost. Also,best place to purchase tiles & plumbing items.
