Please detail, what is your need. ??

Whatever you have asked has lot of parameters to be considered. work Area in sq.ft & no of floors, quality and quantity of materials, effort required...etc. Also each of the enquired work will be done by different set of man power. Hence each will have their own way of charging for their service.

You wont get any contractor or single person who takes care of total structure (Mason), services (electrical, plumbing) & Finishes (flooring, painting ) . Its not possible to estimate the same.
Services - They have n-number of designs, quality, fixing details & workmanship and majorly maintenance terms & condition, considering all the above its not possible to make it generic costing.

Finishes - There is no upper limit for these, flooring can start from 50/- per sft to 2000/- per sft also. Laying charges for the same cannot be equal.
