Running price in MKS Layout

Hi All,

I am looking to buy plot in MKS layout, BDA employees layout, Narayana nagar 2nd block. I have been quoted 9K-10K psft, is this the right price.

I can see that there are many houses constructed in this area and some are ongoing.

Your input is valuable.
