BDA site allotment scam ??

Hello people !

i am planning to buy a site in JPnagar 8th phase.

the transactions on the site are intrestingly quite new (allotted only in 2018)

BDA -> Binnipet residents association -> kanmani constructions -> ##currentowner##

i came across this article

now i am skeptic to go ahead with buying the site .

any thoughts ?
