Garage door fabricator

Hi,

I am now looking out for a fabricator for my garage door,

- size 11.5 x 7 feet
- manually operated
- looking for foldable like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehwB2QwuMbE but without automation
- because of the site condition I cannot have a normal 2-door hinged at the sides (there is a tree blocking at one side)
- came to know that there is top-hung and bottom-hung door type with channel (track) running at the top and/or bottom. Not sure which is better though..

Please share if you have any feedback. Also any fabricator you can recommend ?
