LOW COST CONSTRUCTION

Hello Friends,

I have a small farm on the outskirts and want to make a small cottage, absolutely no frills, just for weekend stays.

Looks do not matter.

Need guidance on lowest possible cost construction from fellow boarders.

Assume that you don't need to build only ground floor, you can avoid pillars, and save significantly on the costs.. only steel you would need is the roof..

If you have stone available locally for cheap, go with it for the exterior walls..

OR, you can for home built out if shipping container..many are adopting it..but it is not weather proof
