We had about 11 years back our apartment interiors done and had used light pinkish granite used in our home kitchen slab washed with water every day (not just wet wipe ) . There seems to some water holding in the stone. I want now replace that with quartz slab.

Hence looking for recommendations of various brands, dealers . Have checked out few in BH-Jigani Road seems varying prices of slabs, installations .

I have fitted Asian Granito Quartz biege white colour with glitter.
The 10''x4.5'' sheet was at 350/- per sq feet.
This was in March -April 2020.

The lowest rate I got was at a small store on outer ring road near Kalyannager. Rates at Nannerghatta road were higer.

Cutting and fixing charges range from 6000 to 15000 depending on the area in kitchen.

I got two sheets and got the double nosing and edge polish done.

In one 10 feet long and 54 inch wide sheet you can get 20 running feet of platform that is 24 inch wide platform, 2 inch for double nosing and approximately 3 inch if you want to put same border below tile daddo.

Quartz can be easily washed and stains can be taken off using specific kitchen cleaners. Go ahead with AGL as suggested, anywhere to 300-350 depending on color and grains.
