Construction cost in North bangalore

what is the current construction rate that's going on in North Bangalore ?
I have enquired few masons and they are asking for 1700 to 2273 . I am thinking its way too high . Please help me
find some good construction contractors who can charge reasonably .
My requirement is very simple , we just need to construct the 1h+1k+ 1b in 15*33 area in first floor.
preferably only labour contract excluding material would be good .
