I have been researching to buy a 30X40 plot in 10th or 11th block in ANJANAPURA layout.
Can anyone please let me know the current rates in ANJANAPURA 10th or 11th block?
Brokers are quoting 2800 - 3000 per sq.ft based on the facing and location of the site..
Are these real rates?

The Plot with a bigger dimension is less in terms of per sft.

The normal going rate for 30 * 40 is 2400- 2600 in 11th Block, if it is a good location, east/north facing and very near to Kembathalli main road it is in the range of 2600- 2750.

60 *40 is also in the range of 2300 to 2500,
