Any feedback on Celebrity Galaxy Annexe layout on the Jigani road?

Smell rat in that layout, noticed that the developers are hesitating to provide the documents. They insisted that I go for LIC housing finance loan only and they would not hand over the documents to me for legal validation. They are assuring that bank verification is itself a good validation, which I do not believe as final payee for the loan is the buyer and not the bank. Mortgage rules clearly state that the bank will recover by attaching any property or savings from the owner.

site shows only the mutation is done and which name current owner. How will i know case is pending or not??
