When you route the pipe to 4th floor, you need to consider number of bends till OHT. bends really matters on the water delivery rate. Use long bends (CPVC) instead of short bends.

Try to fill drum of 100 or 200Ltrs and find the time taken between ground & Second floor. You approximately get the discharge rate for 4th Floor.

Try to do 2 sampling test at morning time & evening time.

Did you considered G+4 height while going for the 50 stage Pump ?
If yes, then it should not matter, even if the force has come down due to increased height. It takes more time to pump.

If not, then do not directly pump to the G+4 Level. It may overload the capacity of the pump.
Store the borewell water into the sump and pump it separately to the OHT.

The pumpset is installed at a depth of 900 feet. I considered 60 feet above ground and hence the Texmo distributor advised me to go for 4hp 50 stage pumpset. The pumpset needs to pump to a height of around 960 feet when the construction is completed. Since each stage can pump 22 ft vertically, I expect 50 stage pump to be able pump 1100 feet vertically. If I take out 2 stages for horizontal pipes, then 48 stages should be able to pump upto 1056 feet height which is well above my required height of 960 feet.

Is this a valid assumption or did I miss something in this calculation?.
