Thanks everyone for your suggestion. he hasn't left any space or even a compound. Like I said, his living/utility area has extended all the way to my site.
So I had the same thing running through my mind - Building the house first - just so the stupid legal/corrupt government system don't halt our construction - and then filing a case later.
