I want a detailed estimate for G+F+S measuring approx 20 Chadras on a 30X40 site. Can somebody tell me what will the cost of the estimate ?

for detailed estimate it will cost you 0.25% of estimated value

Can you clarify, how to calculate chadra, if plan is ready. Whether i should take wall (outside) to wall (outside) OR wall (inside) to wall (inside) .

My apologies, I meant 100 sqft. Btw, if you knew the answer why did you ask?
Rate per chadara is just a standardized rate per unit of measurement. So if someone is quoting you a rate of Rs. 1,50,000 per chadara and the total super built-up area (includes walls so per your question it will be outside wall to outside wall) of your house is 2400 sqft then the total cost of construction for your house will be Rs. 36,00,000. Got it?
