Hi All,

the latest development in Saphtagiri county:

1) 1 house construction already in progress
2) 1 foundation in progress
3) 3 borewells already dug

Next will be my chance to construct a house.

We need to get all the contacts of owners here so that we all can form an association. As i informed earlier:
1. This is a small layout and pretty decent sized plots and wide roads
2. south side is attached to the forest area, west lined by bgs, east attached to Abhiman studio, north by main road.
3. This layout also has garden area, walkway.
4. we can really make this a very posch layout if all of us think alike.
5. We can make good tree lined roads, have good roads, make it really green, improve the park, ask for cauvery water(when most of us construct house), follow rules while constructing house so that all of us are neighbour friendly, garbage disposal, street lights etc

All, please provide ideas.

Quick Updates:
1. The whole area has been cleaned.
2. 2 constructions in progress. One plastering in progress, the other one is rental property.
3. Am waiting for my Khatha transfer to happen( one going struggle for 3 months as they are demanding huge bribe.
4. Not sure who else is planning to construct. (I am next in-line).

For all those planning to construct, please plant trees, keep the location clean.
