6-7 Lakh works out to about Rs 1100. I doubt you will get any in that price range. People have been talking about find plots at that range but in my experience, the price is around Rs 1800

I am also planning to buy site in Anjanpura and heard price is around 1600-1800 in that area . From invesetment point of view is it wise
to invest at this rate in Anajanapura or in JP Nagar 8Th Phase where the rate is around 2500-2800 Per Sft. In a 5 year time frame which of these two areas
(Anjanapura And JP Nagar 8th phase ) would appreciate better . Also can we expect 100% appreciation in these areas in 5 yrs , like it has been with other developed BDA areas .

As you can someone has posted a site for 2300 in Anjanapura. That seems to be on the higher side for sure, for an area that is not livable right now. The land prices for BDA properties will always go up in my humble opinion. How much, how soon are all anyone's guess.
