Looking for a residential plot in Bangalore north

Hi All,
I am looking for a BDA alotted or A Khatha ( Proper Khatha and not revenue khatha) residential plot in areas which are ready to construction in Bangalore North
- Site Area: of 30*40 or 30*50 SqFt
- GKVK Layout,Sahakarnagar,Kempapura, Coffeboard layout, Tata Nagar or
-Budget is 30Lacs.
-Looking for plot for which Public sector banks like SBI or Corporation Bank will give loan
Any other gud residential layouts which are developing near to these areas in Bangalore North before yelhanka.If any please let me know.
