I am looking for villa plots in Rajanakunte / Yelahanka area, of 3000 to 5000 sft - facing north or east, within gated communities with full features such as swimming pool, sports amenities, etc. My target price is 1000 psf.

I have heard of Smilee Anandavana Phase IV coming up, but its layout plans are yet to be BIAAPA approved. I am also considering Millenia Burgandy and a few other developers.
