Is there any difference in the setbacks, in an area which is under BBMP and an area which is still under BDA ( not yet handed over) ?

Hi,
There is no variations in setbacks depending on the location.It varies only with site size,road width and some special conditions like road widening etc...
It remains same as long as you go for BDA or BBMP approval.
