one of my friend paid betterment charges & got A khatha for his site at Bommnahalli BBMP zone, pls share more about this and any other BBMP zones collected Betterment charges.

Yes, In another thread a member has mentioned that BBMP Bommanahalli is indeed collecting betterment charges for individual sites in non BDA approved layouts provided :

1) there is DC conversion.
2) there is a panchayat or cmc khata.

Dont know about other BBMP offices. Others can update their experiences with other offices.
