Friends,

I am looking to finalize a plot near Jayanagar Co-op society and Bharat Housing. Both are 30x40 plots.
And broker is quoting 3250 psqft for Jay Co-op stg 1 plot and 2500 psqft for Bharat Housing phase 5.
These are near upcoming Pride Springfields.

Please suggest at what rate can i negotiate. It would be helpful if anyone throw some light on development in these areas and price running currently.
Is it really worth buying in this location? Or should I try Anjanapura blocks?
Even BSK 6th stage prices are obnoxious.

Please advice.

I was offered Rs. 2650 during Oct 20111 in 1st block Jayanagar Co-op society but I dropped the plan from direct seller. I thought BCMC/bank officers/BDA Emp layout was better in terms of approach in future. I also heard there is water crisis in Jayanagar Co-op society layout, it seems you need to dig more than 500 ft to get water (news from broker).
