Looking for plots in south bangalore kanakapura road

I am looking for 60x40 BDA/BBMP A Khata sites in and around kanakapura road such as J.P Nagar 9th Phase (BDA), Narayana Nagar/Bank officers layout, BCMC layout etc. Looking for residential layouts where I can construct a house in the next 1-2 years.
1. Location of the plot :
a) Within 2-3 kms from Kanakapura road towards bannerghatta road after Konankunte before nice road.
OR
b) Within 1-2 kms from Kanakapura road towards mysore road before nice road
2. Size details - 60 X 40. Can consider 80 X 50 if it fits within budget
3. Facing : North, East, West
4. BDA plot preferred, A Khata sites is second preference. Budget 2 K to 3.2 K per sq feet
5. Can look at houses for sale as well
