Gandharva layout - Kanakapura Road

I just heard about a layout adjacent to the road connecting kanakapura road and BSK 6th stage from KSIT. The broker mentioned that the layout has A khata and is called Gandharva layout and comes immediately after the pipeline road. Has anyone heard about this layout?
