i have come across a single family which has been allotted five bda sites,no wonder the common man will never get a bda sites if so many sites are alloted.the sites are for a lady her son, sons wife, her both grandsons.
no wonder the new bda layouts are vacant as nobody builds a home on it if each family has so many sites.i know its illegal but whom do we complain to and how can the list of sites alloted in each layout be made public as more families can be fished out if such allotment are made by the bda and also does anyone know how i can contact rti activist b.m.shivakumar for he is one person who might take up this issue, hoping for a reply
thank u

I'm not sure of BDA's earlier procedure, as at that time Internet was so boom in india(early 2000). But during the Arkavati layout process(year 2003), the applicants got a chance to check their application status online by providing their application no. After former CM S.M Krishna's period, BDA has not done anymore layout and distributed sites to general public. Even For arkavathi layout, they've just announced the tentative list of shortlisted ones and the litigation and court procedures are going on on on on. hence the sites of Arkavathy layout is not distributed officially. Probably in the forthcoming layouts we may see online publication of the allottees list.

But MUDA announces the allotment list(in 2005 & 2006) online at the time of allotment for each layout with their names and sl No and their no. of attemps...etc.

By the way how do you recognise who are all from same family and their age or no. attemps are fake?
