I am interested in buying a site with the below mentioned requirements

1. Layout should have easy access for public transportation
2. Layout should have an association already formed
3. Layout should have atleast 40% occupied with existing houses
4. Underground drinage
5. Roads formed
6. Budget in 50L
7. Overhead tank for the layout or Borewell drilling success rate atleast 80%
8. No litigations in the layout

Please suggest me the areas , where i can search. My target is 2 months from now, i need to buy and start the construction by this Sept 2012. All your valuable advices would be utmost appreciated

But it should be accessible to public transport

your budget limit depends on the dimension of the plot, area and its titles you are looking, which you have not mentioned ?.
whether you are looking for BDA/BMRDA approved layouts which are eligible for Bank Loans or any DC converted or Revenue layouts is not clear in your need.

In today's meaning, As per Brokers - Access to public transporation can be a BMTC Bus service once in 3-4 hours or only in Peak Hours i.e once in morning and once in evening or some shared auto or cab service also applies usually we see for a the areas away from bangalore centre by 20-40 kms. So be clear on your needs.
