Iam looking for 30x40 site (Nort, East or West) site.
Original owners only. (No Brokers, Agents or Agreement holders) If you disguise, it will a waste of time for both).
No brokerage, No premiums, No agreements.
Market rate and direct settlement.
Vacant site or with old or new house is ok.
The orginal allotment of this site should be bda direct allotment. No alternate site allotment.
You could be original allotee or subsequent buyer from the allotee. Its ok.
