Any good layouts towards North Bangalore ?

Are there any good layouts towards the airport side in the price range of 3500 psft ? I am aware of Kanakashree @ Byrathi/Kannur . Anything else with Kavery water available ?

Yes , even iam looking for same, but I find kanakasri kannur seems to be the best layout , , kanakasri titles r very clear, BDA khatha, approach road is very good, layout is flat with 900 +sites, I liked it, any seller ?

You can check out vidhanasoudha layout (bda approved) or in the same are yu have KPSC layout this
Is near to jakkur lake proper approach road is yet to come up but area is scenic!! Prices
R in range of 3500 onwards i believe

Hi,
You can check out Anam enclave , its a nice layout. its near thanisandra main road. 2.5 kms from manyata tech park. A new road to conncet it from hennur is also coming up. so this layout will be connceted from both sides hennur and thanisandra. prices in range of 3500/-.
