Hi All,
From the members of this form I need opinion, suggestion, regarding Joint collaboration project.
We have a built house located in vijayanagara, my father want to divide the property into 3 parts, one of the idea which has come up is to demolish the present house(around 32 years old fairly in good condition)and construct flats in the above said plot,the plot measures 1900 sqft, I want to know what are the plus and minus in going for collaborative project, in the present scenario if we approach a builder who will invest the money in building the flats and land will be provided by us. I could also like to know how many flats are allowed
What is the best deal one can look out from this, looking for valuable suggestion,opinion from experienced members of this form.

Hi shashikoundinya,

First things first, You cant construct flats in a 1900 sft plot in vijayanagar, min size to construct flats is 4000 sft if its within ring 2.

you can construct Basement+ ground +first + second floors

most builders may not be interested in these type of projects.
