Willing to sell my 30x40 BDA plot.

Hi Guys,
Hope all is well with everyone from this boardroom! At last, I would be selling off my 30x40 South Facing BDA plot in 2nd Block SMV Layout. I will be deciding it soon by next week or so in order to buy a ready made house. Please let me know from your sources what would be the best possible price that I can get for my plot.
Also, if anyone of you are interested to buy, please do share your views in this thread & I shall get back to you. You can provide your contact details later as soon as I come back to confirm that I am ready to sell it off by next week end. I had sold my 20x30 plot through brokers but this one I wish to sell directly to buyers without brokers involved. Thanks.
