Plot Price in Koramangala per sqft

Hi ,
I am planning to buy a house in Koramangala 4th block which is 20 years old house (40/30) and the broker is saying 15000/- per square feet and the broker is saying value for house is zero .Could you please let me know what is current price per sqft in that area?
Also Please let me know if this price will go up in the next five years as i am planning to do invest purpose ?
