looking for 30x40plot in good layout, Kanakapura Rd

I am looking for a 30x40 plot in a good layout near and around Kanakapura Road (Espacailly in Judicial Layout, Bank officers Layout, etc)

1) The area must have reasonable amount of houses.
2) The plot must be in a good layout with clear documentation.. This is the most important criteria.
3) I am not very particular about site facing.
4) Good layouts like "Bank Officer's colony", "Judicial Layout", "BCMC Layout" etc. If you have a plot here and you are willing to sell it, please reach out to me.
5) Direct owner preferred. Though okay with reasonable brokerage.
