Looking for Commercial BDA Site/Building in Bengaluru

Hello All,
I am looking for Commercial BDA site, preferable in North bangalore, If not in all other developed BDA layout on a commercial road front or upcoming areas.
1st prefernce is bangalore North
2nd prefernce is bangalore East/Central
Minimum dimension road facing I am looking is for 30 ft.
Need to have Good prospect of Appreciation or Good area for renting out if commercial space is built up.
If commercial building, need details on how much rent already yeilding.
Should be clear from all disputes/ clear titles, uptodate property tax etc paid off.
Note: I am not looking for upcoming BDA Apprived layouts which will provide handover after few yrs.
