I am planning to use Wooden Windows for my house. Can you please let me know what are the rates of Sal/Honne Wood and please share any contacts?
Also, let me know whether Wooden windows have any disadvantages over powder coated Aluminium/UPVC windows.

It is around 2500 sqft. So it comes to around Rs 1900/sqft which is very expensive for a simple home.
Also he has not included Compound wall(need to construct 100 Rft), modular kitchen, Wardrobes and other work. I think if I go by his quote, it will easily reach 52-53 lakhs.

Yes, I am using cement blocks.
My next question is since he has reduced thickness by 2", how much will I approx. save?
( considering there were will be 36 columns(G+2) in total and the height of each floor will be 10 ft.)
