Can you share the contact of granite dealer where he agreed to replace. I am planning to buy granite this week.
I will get you the name of the store. But the guy I dealt with is Chowdappa, their dealership is located on Magadi road, his phone number 080 2328 5284. You can tell them I referred you - Jani Iyer from shettihalli site (Architect Appanna's building).

Good luck.

Can't these cracks be visible before laying, meaning at the time of delivery, is there a way to visually inspect them??
Hi m3_07,
Is it still holding good since you bought it 11 years back? Can you also share the contact for the company, I tried with the numbers available in their website, but all numbers could not be reached. Also want to know do they sell both cutter size and gangsaw slabs and have a outlet attached to their factory??

Granites are for life....believe me. After 11 years I am shopping for granites for my other house. Pacific industries....they were small timers, though international 11 years back. There are even more big now & hence, they command a premium for the product they sell. You will never know...I might end up buying from them again this time too...I haven't finalized the place yet.

You could also explore Hosur.

The density and wateraboserb test samples will be available with the supplier from their mainsupplier fro the lot they received. That can be cross verified from the samples collected

Thanks for the response. Can you please explain further.. First, i would ask for the certificate that has density and waterabsorb results of the test samples. How can I cross verify this in the store?? Also how to know the supplier is showing me the quality certificate of the same slab that I want to buy??
