I am a direct buyer and interested in buying 30x40 site in South Bangalore. Since I am looking for house construction hence far-off places are not into my consideration.

Budget : upto 2500 psft
Site status: BDA / BBMP A khata
Preferably would like to deal with Direct owner.

I am pretty okay with Anjanapura / Narayan Nagara / BSK 6th Stage etc.
