Planning to buy site

I am planning to buy a site, could you please suggest some localities in bangalore that i can lookout for. I am looking for those areas in bangalore where i can construct a house in 2-3 years. I am looking at site value b/w 2500 - 4000/- per sq. feet and preferably location should be in south bangalore.
