Manyata layout (Seagehalli) KR Puram

Hi ,

I am planning to buy a property in Manyata layout which is located in seagehalli village (K R Puram).
It looks like they have launched this layout recently.
Any views and thoughts are much appreciated about this layout.
If any one has already purchased the property in this layout please share your views.

Hi,

I have visited this layout. Its is a DC converted layout. They may get 'A' khata for the entire layout but individual site will have B Khata. They have laid the electrical poles and wiring is also done. But transformers and KEB line is not yet done. They are quoting 3400 to 3600 EAST facing plots. Few private banks are providing loans for purchase. This is not a place for investment. If you want to construct a house and stay then you may think for it.

thanks for your information. i am surpriced to know from you that it is a B khata site ! . is it advisable to buy B khata site?
