Hi Guys,
I am looking for land in Lakedew residency. I contacted with on agent and He is asking about 3K rs per sqft. I want to know these things.
a) Is it a BDA approved layout?
B) Maintenance of Layout is up to the mark??
C) 3K is worth.

In my opinion it should be around 2.5K psqft. Can you guys suggest whether this is good layout(all clear title) and
What should be correct price for the same. ?? Please suggest same.
