what all documents bbmp gives on A khata transfer ?

Hi All ,

I have got my A Khata transferred to my name.
I have received Khata certificate and Khata extract document from BBMP guys.

Is there any other document which they are supposed to give ?

You need to change the name in tax portal so that, when you pay the property tax next time, your name would appear there.

yes my name is updated in the tax receipt. But they are yet to give me PID . I dont know how much time they take.
