JP Nagar 8 Phase - BDA Property Tax

Dear JP Nagar Neighbours,

I've bought a corner site in BDA auction in JP Nagar 8 phase, 2 block. Dimension is 2050 sq. feet. When checked to file property tax, I was shocked to see the property tax of 7300 Rs this year

Just wanted to know is this tax amount correct or more for a vacant site in JP nagar 8 phase? Can some one confirm/suggest on this please?

because I paid 4.8K for 1200 sqft plot as tax this year
