Constructing on 1200 sq ft plot: Leads for Contractors and Engineers

Hi,

I plan to construct 6-7 units of rental dwelling - combination of 1-BHK and 2-BHK per floor - on a 30x40 plot near Hosur Road.
Targeting for a G+3 approval. This is for investment purpose and get rental income as cash flow.

Looking out for builders/engineers who can execute as a turnkey project right from planning/approvals/paper work to hand over on completion.

U may contact engineer Mr Jagadeesh on 9845031133. He recently worked with me on my project in Yelahanka and he was very good and knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend him.

He's even ready to work on labour contract basis by giving him some lumpsum amount and he will take care of the entire project.
