Want 2 buy 30*40 plot in Narayana Nagara/BDA Emp layout

Hi All,

I'm looking to buy a 30*40 plot with budget of 25-30 lakhs, in Narayana Nagara 2nd phase or BDA employees layout. RE agents..ignore. Land owners pls let me know.

Facing: West/North.

I have been looking in this layout from past 4 months, i have see RE agents are really hiking up the prices inspite of slight slump in the market.

Narayana Nagara: 2100-2500 (completely hyped price), actual price is of what have heard from land owners = 2000- 2300 max irrespective of any facing
BDA Emp: 2500-2800(completely hyped price), actual price is of what have heard from land owners = = 2100- 2500 max irrespective of any facing

correct me if am wrong on the pricing.

If south Bangalore is an option for you , Banashankari 6th stage, Anjanapura or Vishveshvariah layout could be a good option for you. I have bought a site in BSK 6th stage and planning to start construction in next 1-2 years.

Even though there are no rules specified, you are trying to sell the sites. So the rules http://mybdasites.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1862 will still apply to you. Please provide full details.
