I am planning buy a plot and construct a house in 1-2years.Could any one help me out in finding the best places in south bangalore? I am looking for a BDA plot.

You can go to Nisarga layout in Bannerghatta Road. Its BBMP and i think its part of South Bangalore

There are lot of GOOD Layouts . Important is the budget. Good Layout in south Bangalore are ISRO Layout , Vijaya Bank Layout , RBI Layout and more ....

I am actually for a 30*40 BDA site some where in the budget of 25-30 lacs.Can you please helping me out in finding a plot in a good location?

Hi sindhu,

The best place hence forth will be kanakapura road, because of metro and reasonable prices of bda approved layouts. There are very good educatonal institutions near by and hence I recommend this area, The prices are reasonable compared with any other NH / SH attached layouts.
