Market Price in JP Nagar 9th phase for BDA site

Hi ,
Can anyone tell me what is the market price for BDA allotted site in JP nagar 9th phase . I am looking for a 40 *60 site.
Please let me know if anyone wants a sell a site there. I am open for BDA approved sites as well. Plan to construct in 2 years.
Senior member's any advise will be highly appreciated
