Property Tax

Friends,
I had bought a 30X40 plot in Deepak Lay out. Construction work has started from Jan-2011. The construction is expected to get over by Dec-2011. Could any one let me know should I pay property tax only for the plot or for the house being constructed as well? I checked in the BBMP website, It has the following options
1. Residential & Vacant Land Calculator
2. Non-Residential Calculator
3. Village Calculator
4. SWM Cess Calculator
Residential and vacant land calculator does not provide the option to get property tax info for vacant land.
Any info in this regard would be helpful

Yeah I went for the bank loan. Every bank has its own percentage of the registered value that can be given as loan.

Is this the 60X40 lane opposite to the Royal County Park ? Sorry, am not sure where this big banean tree is and hence could not get it from your previous update
Is this BDA or Royal County ( BDA Approved) ? Royal County is actually kinda split beteen two closeby areas...one is in the immediate next lane to Jambu Sawari Dinne and the other is opposite to Royal Lakefront Phase 2.
