Hi

I feel 2000 per SQFT is OK for JP nagar 8th phase. Not over valued or under valued

Is it BDA or BDA approved site?

How is JP Nagar 8th phase 2nd block - Deepak layout? Are there houses constructed already,
what will be the reasonable rate there? or will it be better to go for Anjanapura 10 / 11 th block or JP Nagar 9th phase?
Thanks a lot..

I personally feel that BDA layouts are anyday better that BDA approved ones as far as title is concerned...even the amneties provided by BDA is just fine , probably not great. I would prefer JP Nagar 8th phase 2nd block or 9th phase 7th block over Anjanapura 10th or 11th block

Thanks for the reply. Anybody been to that area recently? Are there houses in that layout (Deepak layout and not Venkateswara layout)I just want to buy a plot for constructing house, not for investment. Will 20x30 be enough for a 2 bhk or 30x40 will be needed?. Also, which one will be easier to sell off at a later stage, 20x30 or 30x40? East facing plots come at Rs.150/- psqft more than WF. Rs.2000/- pqft will be reasonable in Deepak layout for EF?
Thanks a lot..

If the house you plan to construct is for your own livng purpose and not for renting , go for atleast 30*40 site . 20*30 is just too small and you will have to make a lot of compromises while constructing your dream house .

JP Nagar 8th Phase

Post by Bangalorian »

Hi,

I am looking for a 40*60 East / North facing BDA plot (Not BDA approved) for own house construction in J P Nagar 8th Phase.

Can someone please suggest me which is better layout in 8th phase & also if someone has any contacts or someone is selling their 2400 sqft site please let me know. Preferably direct owners so the transaction is smooth.

Thanks in advance
