BDA Approved Layout Near K R Puram
Can anyone know Ani Eco Zone Near K R Puran and Developers are saying this is BDA Approved Layout and we can see green color iron walls.If anybody knows about this project please let me know ASAP.

They are quoting 1600-1800/Sqft and they said LIC and IDBI are approved.I dont have any idea other than this.

I saw this place 6-8 months back and I liked it very much.

6-7 KM from forum value mall. 3 km from sai baba ashram.
2 km from old madras road.

1. next to lake.. so if lake is not maintained in coming years (which generally happens) it would be a pain for residents.. but I still feel if u have a site on the farther side from lake, it would be ok.
2. one portion on ani eco zone is not BDA approved, but only panchayat approved but banks have approved both parts. But in future the residents association formation may impact on this. There is no gate/wall/ partition between these 2 portions.. and non-bda portion has small sites (1000-1200) and many odd sites which the builder is selling in cheaper prices.. there will be (financial and social) difference between residents of 2 parts.. there could be tussels for common area, club house etc in future..

Thanks Abhi for your valuable resposne.But Odd sites still builders are saying 1850/sqft.
They were 7 owners and most of them are already sold out their sites.But as per my knowledge still some sites are avilable and BDA has to release rest 40 % of the sites to them that means 70-80 Sites and still with BDA.

As i said earlier, i have called couple of guys...but all the sites seem to be sold out...did you visit the place?

6-8 months back, when I was enquiring, they were saying 1600 for BDA and 1400 for non-BDA.. non-BDA was more negotiable..
I brought them down till 1200 rs psft for non-BDA site..
so if it saying 1850.. talk to him, he should come down to 1500-1600 (I feel) ..
