Development around Budigere

Have been to Budigere, Hoskote last week for a run around. Its interesting to see the development going around in there. Tranquility, Exotica apartmets being the prominent ones. On the layouts side, there are few currently, like Tulips, BEML Layout etc. Couldn't get much information on the costing part.

Concern in here is the future development in the said zone. As we have lots of industries around the area of apartments, including foul smell etc, would you think it would be a worthwhile investment decision in Budigere.

Was trying to get any sales/resales in BEML layout, but couldn't get hands on the same. Does anyone have more inputs to share across on it.
